What Should You Have In Your Racket Bag?

  •          pants,biker shorts,tennis bloomers,flip flops

  •      pen,paper,playing cards,"observation sheet"
  •     iPod,cell phone
  •      white tape,self stick ace bandage,tennis elbow band,tennis
  •          wrist band,callus cushions
  •      bandaids,nu-skin,nail clippers,scissors,safety            
  •          pins,needle/thread,nail file
  •      lip therapy,sun screen,flexall 454,asperin,viverine,bug off
  •      sport drink powder,electrolite drink, pedialite, coconut water
  •      any prescription medications
  •      water jug
  •      sun glasses,baseball cap,cricket hat,USA global cap,
  •          bandanas
